Admin Library | Cart Defaults
The default shipping, tax and currency values that are initially displayed by the cart when first loaded can be set either via the hand coded configuration file located on the server, or via the configuration database table.
By defining default values via the database, they can be edited without requiring access to the server.
The default values selected will be the options and values that are defined when a user first visits the site.
